Non-English speaking customers who visit Halton Direct Link to find out about council services will be offered our interpreter service.

Our staff will contact an interpreter who will act as a liaison between customers and staff via telephone.

The interpreters' service also includes translating text documents into the chosen language.

Halton Direct Link also provides a signing service and hearing loops, making them accessible for the deaf and hard of hearing.
