Online Tickets and Bookings  You can book for Shows and Films online. There will be a £2.00 Internet Booking Fee. This includes Card Fee, Postage (Where applicable) and Administration Fee. This fee is per transaction not per ticket.

In Person  The Box Office is open between 10.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 10.00am and 2.00pm Saturdays and one hour before show time.

By Post  Please send full payment to: The Brindley, High St., Runcorn, Cheshire WA7 1BG.  If you wish your tickets to be sent to you, please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.

By E-mail  You can contact us using our enquiry form   Conditions apply re-reserved tickets as per above.

Payments   We accept most credit and debit cards, please quote your card number, expiry date and issue number.  A charge of £1.50 is payable on all credit cards transactions and 50p on all switch/debit card transactions. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to: Halton Borough   Council.

Gift Vouchers  Brindley Gift Vouchers make an ideal gift. They are available as £1, £5, £10 and £25 vouchers and can be purchased from The Brindley box office.

Concessionary Tickets  There are concessionary tickets available for many of our show. These are available to O.A.P's, the unwaged, carers, children under 16 and full-time students.

Halton Leisure Card  This card entitles certain Halton residents to reduced rates for theatre tickets, certain sports and library facilities.  The card costs £2.00 and is available from several outlets throughout the Borough. Pick up a leaflet for details.

Refunds  We regret that as most of our performances are for one night, tickets cannot be refunded. If a performance is sold out, we will endeavour to resell any returned tickets on your behalf  although a resale cannot be guaranteed
