The Brindley aims to be accessible and welcoming to all and we are committed to making your visit as easy and enjoyable as possible.
Though it is not essential, disabled people are advised to book in advance so we can readily provide any assistance. Disabled people may bring a personal assistant along with them at a reduced rate.

- There is level access to the building, an automatic front door and low level counters at the Box Office, Bar & Café.
- There is lift access to the first floor and wheelchair access and toilet facilities accessible on the ground floor.
- The Brindley has seven designated car parking spaces for blue badge holders at all times. These spaces cannot be reserved.
- Support dogs are welcomed in all areas of the building and a water bowl can be provided.
- An infra-red transmission system is available in the main and studio theatre spaces and the best quality of sound is through a headset. If you prefer to use the T switch on your hearing aid, you will need to wear an induction loop aerial around your neck. You can borrow both items from the Box Office. Please reserve these in advance from the box office.

- There are eight wheelchair spaces in the theatre and six wheelchair spaces in the studio.
- There is a free non-motorised wheelchair available at the venue. Please reserve this in advance from the box office.
Copies of the full season brochure are available in large print from the box office or download the audio brochure.
Braille format is also available on request. We are currently working with See A Voice to provide some Audio Described and Sign Language Interpreted performances.
- Please note that for your maximum comfort and enjoyment the Brindley is a non smoking environment throughout.
- Cameras and recording devices are not allowed in the auditoriums and please refrain from bringing food and drink into the building.

The Brindley's Terrace Café overlooks the Bridgewater Canal serving tea and coffee, including cappuccino and latte and a stylish selection of sandwiches, salads, soups, home made specials and cakes.
