- Word Processing and all other Microsoft Office programs
- Information CD-ROMs
- IT Training Packages
- There is a charge for printing.
- You can use your own floppy disks, or buy them from the library.
Halton Lea Library
Halton Lea Library has 43 PCs
- 10 PCs contained within the purpose built ICT room used for study purposes, job searches and training
- 18 PCs on top floor for general use
- 10 Laptops within the community meeting room, with interactive whiteboard projector
- 2 PCs for local studies / family history
- 2 PCs for general information and reference CD-ROMs
- 1 Scanner

Runcorn Library has 6 PCs.
Widnes Library
Widnes Library has 45 PCs
- 26 PCs in the IT suite
- 6 quick surf pcs
- 4 dedicated children's PCs
